Henna is a flowering plant (Lawsonia inermis). GOB Henna is pure and comes solely from dried Lawsonia inermis leaves which are dried and turned into a fine powder. The powder can be used to dye hair, skin and nails.
Add boiling water to the henna powder. Mix to a paste. Allow the henna paste to rest for 2–12 hours.
Apply the henna into the hair. Cover the hair with a shower cap and leave it for 2–4 hours. Rinse and wash with shampoo.
Hands, fingernails and feet:
Apply a thick coat of henna paste on hands, nails and feet with the tip of a brush or a wooden stick. Let the paste dry. The longer henna stays on, the darker it will become.
