As a facial moisturizer: After cleansing your skin with GOB Qasil Cleanser or GOB Black Soap, massage 1-2 drops of the oil into clean face & neck until completely absorbed. May be used day and/or night. Lightly dab a little around the eye area. A few drops can be used for those with oily complexions in the morning or at night, to moisturize and help balance out skin tone.
As a leave-in conditioner: Apply to damp or dry hair, warming up 3–5 drops of oil in your palms before raking your fingers through your hair and gently squeezing the ends. When used as a hair treatment, jojoba oil may help with dandruff and promote a healthy scalp.
Also great for: It’s also a great alternative to body lotion for those who have sensitive skin. Preventing razor burns and removing make-up.
Jojoba Oil is actually not an “oil” at all: it’s a liquid polyunsaturated wax which has a very similar consistency to our skin’s own structure. Jojoba Oil contains vitamins B and E. It is an excellent universal oil and highly compatible with all skin types. Jojoba Oil is best suited for oily skin types because of its ability to balance excess oils by literally dissolving them. In addition to providing intense moisture, Jojoba Oil also fights acne-causing bacteria with its rich iodine content, unclogs pores and removes impurities. Some people have reported experiencing a “purge” of toxins from their skin (i.e. a small breakout) after using Jojoba Oil. This is normal and should pass within a few weeks.
