Customer Service

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we welcome any questions, comments and suggestions about our products and services. The best way to contact us is by e-mail or through the 'contact us' button which appears on the top menu of this website and we aim to answer all enquiries within 48 working hours.

Delivery

Gobskincare.dk sends your goods the same day as you have ordered if your order is made before 2pm. Expected delivery time is 1-3 days after the order has left our warehouse. If we cannot ship the item within 3 days, you will receive a message by mail. All domestic shipments are made by GLS. All shipments abroad are shipped with Post Danmark. The ordered items can also be picked up at our shop at Elmegade 17, kld., 2200 Nørrebro. Once you have ordered the items you want, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Shipping costs only 50 Dkr, however, all orders over 500 Dkr are freight free. Even if you have received confirmation that your order has been received, it cannot always be guaranteed that everything is in stock.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but excluding shipping cost. 

Payment

At Gobskincare.dk webshop you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and MobilePay. Gobskincare Webshop does not charge fees on any cards. You only pay the price of the product + shipping costs.

Cancellation and return

According to the law in Denmark, Gobskincare.dk webshop offers 14 days of cancellation on all purchases that you make at our webshop. It is important to note that the goods should be unused if you wish to use the right of withdrawal. As we sell cosmetic products, the seal of the product should not be broken if it is to be returned. If the seal is broken or is the product tested, your right of withdrawal will expire in accordance with the law on the sale of cosmetic products. Warranty

At Gobskincare.dk webshop you always have 2 years of full warranty. This means that we exchange all items that are defective due to production defects or the like. Misuse of the products is not covered by a complaint. Therefore, it is important that you read any user manuals for our products. Privacy Policy

Gobskincare.dk does not resell customer information to third parties collected through order submission, newsletter subscription or contact with support. We also do not pass on your information to partners or the like. All the information you provide when ordering will only be used to process your order. Gobskincare.dk also does not have access to your card data. 

Cookies and privacy policy

At Gobskincare, we use two types of cookies to keep track of your traffic on the webshop, as well as to collect data about visitor behavior so that we can constantly optimize the webshop. The first type of cookies we use installs a small number of files in your browser. We need this because the store system cannot separate the visitors from each other, and you can trade safely and undisturbed without errors. This type of cookies automatically deletes after 8-14 days. The other type of cookies we use is used to collect visitor behavior. Here's also a number file installed in your browser, and it will automatically be deleted within 30 days. We do not collect private or sensitive information about you or other visitors. Only information about your behavior on our site, as well as where you come from geographically. You can easily delete both types of cookies. Simply delete the history in your browser.
